The Law Enforcement program is designed to introduce you to a career that is exciting and personally rewarding. This is an academic, rigorous, and physically demanding program emphasizing teamwork, and effective communication skills. Students will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude and very good moral characteristics that exemplify those of a law enforcement officer. This is a college-level program that has a strong emphasis on law enforcement disciplines that include patrol, corrections, and investigations. This is a one or two-year program. A recommendation from both your guidance counselor and technical coordinator is required.
NOTE: Employment in the Criminal Justice field will require an extensive criminal history and background check. A polygraph examination is a requirement for employment.
